These attempts are scams and should be reported to Miami Dade County Clerk of Courts and Comptroller and your local law enforcement agency. The Miami Dade County Clerk of Courts and Comptroller's communications are limited to reporting instructions and other information for prospective jurors. Clearview Juror Portal
When you receive a jury summons, you must log into the Clearview Juror Portal and complete the questionnaire by the date shown on the summons.
Please note you are on standby for jury service during the week shown on your summons. You may have to report on any day that week. On the Friday before your start date you will receive an email with your reporting instructions.
Once you have completed the questionnaire and reviewed the jury service information, you will receive reporting instructions and have the ability to request a postponement, excusal or disqualification from jury service.
You must bring the summons with you when reporting for jury duty as it contains your juror badge. If you do not have access to a computer, you may log onto eJuror using your mobile device, access a computer at your local public library, or you may call our office at 786-828-5879, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
